It’s your choice. Many customers of our house cleaning service prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. By far, the most efficient and problem free way is for you to give us a key and alarm code.

Your key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only Paramount Maids Management have access. The key is issued to the cleaning service team leader on the day of your cleaning. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and management returns it to the secured container.

Paramount Maids works in teams of (4) four. Four person teams prove to be the most efficient because each employee can concentrate on the specific task while working in your home or office.

Paramount Maids provides all cleaning supplies, equipment and materials. But if you would like for us to use your supplies that is not a problem. Customers are responsible for providing any hand soap, paper products (daily use) and trash liners.

Paramount Maids makes every effort to have the same cleaning team in your home. Occasionally there may be a change in a team member due to an illness.

Paramount Maids team members are trained before they are permitted to enter your home. Training continues as we learn about new products/methods and to reinforce prior training. Management makes periodic visits to ensure we are meeting service commitments.

Payment is due at the time of service. You may pay by cash, check, or credit card. If you are not home for your regular cleaning we ask that you leave a check or cash in a sealed envelope on the kitchen counter for the team. Or you can leave your credit card information with the office and it can be charged each cleaning and a receipt will be mailed to your home.
